R软件在Bayes后验分布中的应用

摘　　要：Bayes统计是基于总体信息、样本信息和先验信息进行的统计推断.借助R软件,利用网格近似、精确计算与Monte Carlo近似3种方法,分别计算了Bayes后验分布,并总结了各个方法的优缺点,最后对Bayes与R软件的发展前景进行了展望.Bayesian statistics are based on general information,sample information and prior information for statistical inference.The Bayesian posteriori distribution is calculated by using the R software,and the Bayesian and R software are prospected.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized by using the method of grid approximation,exact calculation and Monte Carlo approximation.
