摘 要:利用三维建模软件建立转向驱动桥几何模型,对其结构进行简化,将该模型导入ANSYS进行仿真,对驱动桥零件进行静态有限元仿真分析,得到应力及变形分布,驱动桥主要零部件应力小于材料的屈服极限,符合强度要求。对转向驱动桥进行静态强度试验研究,通过试验与仿真的对比,验证仿真结果的准确性。The three-dimensional modeling software is used to establish the geometric model of a drive axle, and its structure is simplified. The model is imported into ANSYS for simulation. The static strength analysis of the drive axle components is performed to get the stress and deformation distribution. According to the simulation results, the stress of main components of the drive axle is less than the yield limit of the material, in line with the strength requirements. At last, the static stiffness experiment is used to test the drive axle; the accuracy of the simulation result is verified by comparing the result between the test and simulation.
