外固定支架固定后2期髓内固定治疗胫骨干开放性骨折的效果评估

摘　　要：目的：将外固定支架固定之后2期髓内固定治疗用于胫骨干开放性骨折患者的临床治疗中，研究并评估其临床治疗效果。方法：将研究目标选取20例胫骨干开放性骨折患者，均予以外固定支架固定之后2期髓内固定治疗，统计治疗效果。结果：20例患者的术后平均随访时间是12．21±1．32个月，骨折都得到骨性愈合，术后平均骨折愈合的时间是6．05±0．24个月，骨折出现延迟愈合2例，予以动力化后骨折愈合。20例患者的Johner-Wruhs评定优良率数据是90．00％。术后轻度的膝关节疼痛症状3例，服用非甾体的抗炎药物后缓解。20例患者均无深部的感染症状、断钉症状、畸形的愈合症状、肢体的短缩症状等。结论：在胫骨干开放性骨折患者的临床治疗中采取外固定支架固定之后2期髓内固定治疗方法可获得良好效果，促使患者的骨折良好愈合，并发症比较少，值得推广实践。Objectiv： After fixation of external fixation stent, the secondary intramedullary fixation was applied to the clinical treatment of patients with open tibial dry open fractures, and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated. Methods： 20 patients with open fractures of tibia were selected for the study, and the treatment of secondary intramedullary fixation was increased after fixation of external fixation. Results： Average of 20 patients with postoperative follow up time was （ 12.21±1.32） months, fractures are osseous healing, the average fracture healing time was （6.05±0.24 ） months, appear fracture delayed union in 2 cases, dynamic fracture healing after fixed. Among the 20 patients, johner wruhs rated the best rate data of 90.00%. 3 cases of mild knee joint pain after surgery were relieved after taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. The 20 patients had no deep infection symptoms, nail breaking symptoms, abnormal healing symptoms, short limbs, etc. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of patients with dry open tibial fracture to external fixation bracket after the increase in second phase of intramedullary fixation treatment can obtain good effect, prompting patients with fracture healing, less complications, worthy of promotion practices.
