摘  要:刀盘是全断面岩石掘进机的核心部件,其形变对全断面岩石掘进机作业稳定性及盘形滚刀寿命都有重大影响。通过分析刀盘结构,将刀盘分成刀盘面板域、刀具更换室域和刀盘大轴承座等3大区域,并将刀盘面板近似看成外缘固定的弹性薄板。建立刀盘面板弯曲理论模型,求解该模型发现,若使刀盘形变均匀,其厚度应不低于0.25 m,最好大于0.35 m。Cutterhead is a kernel component in the TBM for hard rock boring, which deformation would affect operational stability and working life of the machine as a whole. For easier identification of the disc it can be split into 3 areas, i.e. the surface board, the cutters replacement area, and the disc bearing seat area. And the disc surface board can be considered by similarity as a thin elastic sheet with outer edge for holding, on this basis to construct a flexure theory model for the disc board. When solving the model you can find out that if even deformation of the disc is wanted the board thickness should not be less than 0.25 m, and more than 0.35 m would be better.
