摘  要:推土机的传动系统按传动方式可分为机械传动、液力机械传动、全液压传动及电传动等,全液压传动由于具有无级调速,结构简单,机动性好,操纵舒适等优点,近几年在国内得到一定发展。行走液压系统设计是推土机整机设计的关键,以新品GTQ170型全液压推土机行走液压系统为例,对其行走液压系统的组成、原理、设计计算以及元件选型进行分析和介绍,探讨全液压推土机行走驱动系统的设计思路,为同类产品设计提供参考。Transmission systems of the bulldozer can be classified according to types of power drive as mechanical drive, hydro-mechanical drive, fully hydraulic drive, and electrified drive. The all-hydraulic drive has got certain development at home for the recent years because of its advantages including step-less gear shift, simple construction, good maneuverabil-ity, and comfortable operation. However, it is critical to design the dozer's hy-draulic travel system so far as the whole machine design is concerned. Take a new model of fully hydraulic dozer GTQ170 for instance, emphasizing the hydraulic travel system, with analyses and intro-duction of the composition, principles, design and computation, as well as units selection, further investigating into the design concept, so as to provide a refer-ence for similar products design to come.
