摘　　要：ADA长期以来致力于糖尿病诊疗标准的制定。依据最新的临床研究证据,ADA每年对糖尿病医学诊疗标准进行修订,该标准是指导医学专业人员从事糖尿病相关临床实践最重要的指南之一。2018年1月,ADA在Diabetes Care杂志以增刊形式发表了2018年版糖尿病医学诊疗标准,旨在为临床医师、研究人员及糖尿病患者提供诊疗、管理及评估方面的指导。本文就其中重要修订内容进行解读。American Diabetes Association （ADA） has been working on standards of medical csare in diabetes for a long time. Based on the latest evidence of clinical studies, the Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes updated annually by ADA has become one of the most important guidelines for medical professionals. The new version of Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes was published as supplement form on Diabetes Care in January 2018. The statement of ADA on diagnosis, management and assessment in diabetes are recommended for clinicians, researchers and patients. This interpretation will focus on the updates of importance.
