血清胰腺再生蛋白水平与新诊断2型糖尿病及糖耐量减低的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胰腺再生蛋白(Reg)水平与T2DM、IGT及其危险因素的相关性。方法检测70例新诊断T2DM患者、73例IGT患者和75名健康(NC)者血清Reg水平及其他生化指标,分析血清Reg水平与T2DM、IGT及其危险因素的相关性。结果 T2DM组血清Reg水平高于IGT组和NC组[(22.1±5.1)vs(18.2±4.2)vs(16.4±3.3)ng/ml,P<0.05]。相关分析显示,血清Reg水平与BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、2 hPG、HbA_1c、HOMA-IR相关(r=0.389、0.204、0.218、-0.674、0.251、0.749、0.445、0.358、0.685,P<0.05或P<0.01)。多元回归逐步分析显示,BMI、TG、HbA_1c、HOMA-IR是影响Reg水平的独立危险因素(t=2.634、4.357、7.526、3.578,P<0.05)。结论血清Reg水平的改变与糖代谢异常和IR有关。Objective To explore the association between serum pancreatic regenerating protein （Reg）concentration and type 2 diabetes （T2DM）, impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） and its relative risk factors. Methods Serum Reg and biochemical characteristics were detected in 70 newly diagnosed T2DM,73 IGT patients and 75 normal control （NC） subjects. The correlations between serum Reg and T2DM, IGT and risk factors were analyzed. Results The levels of serum Reg was higher in T2DM group than those in IGT and NC group [（22.1±5.1） vs （18.2±4.2） vs （16.4±3.3） ng/ml, P〈0. 05]. Association analysis showed that serum Reg was positively correlated with BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc and HOMA-IR （r=0. 389, 0. 204, 0. 218, -0. 674, 0. 251, 0. 749, 0. 445, 0. 358 and 0. 685, P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）, but was negatively correlated with HDL-C（r=-0. 674, P〈0. 01）. Multiple regression analysis showed that BMI, TG, HbAlc and HOMA-IR were independent influencing factors for serum Reg （t= 2. 634, 4. 357, 7. 526 and 3. 578, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The changes of serum Reg are associated with glucose metabolism disorder and IR, which may contribute, at least in part, to the pathogenesis of IR and T2DM.
