摘 要:将缓蚀剂钨酸钠吸附在滑石粉层状通道中形成钨酸钠/滑石粉缓蚀剂储存器,并将缓蚀剂储存器分散引入到环氧树脂涂层中,设计出一种具有自修复功能的新型复合防腐蚀涂层;通过电化学测试、盐雾试验等研究了该复合涂层的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:该复合涂层显著提高了金属基体的耐蚀性。滑石粉层间的钨酸钠不断与Cl-发生离子交换,降低其在金属基体表面的含量,减缓金属的腐蚀;同时,复合涂层中不断释放出的钨酸钠缓蚀剂吸附于金属基体表面,起到修复涂层的作用。A sodium tungstate/talcum powder inhibitor was achieved through making sodium tungstate absorb in the layered channels between talcum powders and then dispersively added into epoxy-resin coating to design a new anticorrosion composite coating with self-healing ability.The anticorrosion performance of the composite coating was studied by electrochemical testing and salt-spray testing.The results show that the composite coating could improve the corrosion resistance of metal substrate.The decrease of Cl-concentration on the surface of metal substrate because of exchanging with sodium tungstate in the layered channels between talcum powders slowed the corrosion of metal substrate down.And the inhibitor of sodium tungstate released from the composite coating was continuously absorbed on the surface of metal substrate,playing a role in repairing the composite coating.
