摘 要:采用直接接触氧化技术在不锈钢表面制备了硫酸锰掺杂聚吡咯膜。采用循环伏安曲线、显微形貌观察、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了硫酸锰掺杂聚吡咯膜的微观形貌及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:硫酸锰的掺杂改变了聚吡咯的结构,增强了膜结构的致密性,从而使硫酸锰掺杂聚吡咯膜具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,对不锈钢起到保护作用;与裸不锈钢相比,表面涂覆硫酸锰掺杂聚吡咯膜后,不锈钢的自腐蚀电位提高了约1.0V,自腐蚀电流降低了约3个数量级。Direct contact oxidation technology was used to prepare manganese sulfate doped polypyrrole film on the surface of stainless steel.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of manganese sulfate doped polypyrrole film were tested by cyclic voltammetry, microstructure observation, potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the doping of manganese sulfate changed the structure of polypyrrole and enhanced the compactness of film structure,which made the manganese sulfate doped polypyrrole film had good corrosion resistance and played a role in protection of stainless steel.Compared with the bare stainless steel,the free corrosion potential increased by about 1.0 Vand free corrosion current density decreased by about 3 orders of magnitude after the surface of stainless steel covered with manganese sulfate doped polypyrrole film.
