摘  要:为分析某大型石化企业循环冷却水系统换热器上生长锈刺的原因,在含硝酸根和油的模拟循环冷却水中进行了旋转挂片试验,并在此基础上,模拟现场系统运行参数,开展了动态模拟试验。结果表明:锈刺是在现场局部腐蚀较严重的情况下,腐蚀产物受水流冲刷在出水端堆积形成的。建议在现场加大缓蚀剂的投加量,并适当提高流速,这样有利于控制锈刺的生成。In order to analyze the causes of rust thorn on the heat exchanger of the recirculating cooling water system in a large petrochemical enterprise,rotating coupon tests were performed in simulated recirculating cooling water containing nitrate and oil.In addition,dynamic simulation experiments were also carried out using the simulated operation parameters of the cooling water system in the field.The results show that the rust thorn formed due to the deposition of corrosion products at the tube outlet by water flow when localized corrosion was severe.It is suggested that increasing the dosage of corrosion inhibitor and the flow rate in the field would be beneficial to the control of rust thorn formation.
