摘 要:对低碳钢表面分别进行封护、磷化和封护-磷化处理;采用浸泡腐蚀试验,盐雾腐蚀试验与电化学测试等方法研究了封护、磷化和封护-磷化处理对基体的防护作用。结果表明:在浸泡腐蚀试验和盐雾腐蚀试验中,与未处理和封护处理相比,磷化和封护-磷化处理对低碳钢基体具有较好的防护作用;磷化和封护叠加后,出现明显的协同效应,对基体的防护效果更加突出,因此,封护-磷化处理试样的耐蚀性最佳。The treatments of sealing,phosphating,and sealing-phosphating were carried out on the surface of lowcarbon steel.The protections of sealing,phosphating and sealing-phosphating for substrate were studied by immersion testing,salt-spray testing and electrochemical testing.The results show that phosphating,and sealingphosphating had good protection for the low-carbon substrate compared with no-treatment and sealing in immersion test and salt-spraying test.The specimen treated by sealing combined with phosphating showed the best anticorrosion because sealing and phosphating could bring synergistic effect when they were used together,and showed better protective effect to the substrate.
