摘 要:冬青叶鼠刺是喀斯特植被优势群落中的喜钙植物,成年植株产生数以万计的种子,但其周围很少有实生幼苗。本实验在室内条件考察环境因子温度、光照、水分、埋藏深度、Ca^(2+)浓度和pH值对冬青叶鼠刺种子萌发的影响,了解其种子萌发对环境因子的需求,为探讨冬青叶鼠刺在喀斯特地貌上自然种群更新、萌发阶段对生境的适应性以及苗木培育提供理论依据。结果表明:在温度和光照时间分别为30℃和12h时,发芽率和萌发指数达到最大值,分别为85.75%和64.34,种子萌发最适合温度为25~30℃,且对光照敏感;种子发芽率和萌发指数随着水分胁迫增强显著降低,聚乙二醇浓度为0.25g/mL时发芽率和萌发指数为3%和0.98,即种子在萌发期对干旱敏感;低浓度CaCl_2处理有利于冬青叶鼠刺种子萌发,在浓度为0.03mol/L时发芽率和萌发指数达到最大,分别为91.33%和72.83;种子萌发对pH值有一定的耐受性,在pH值为5.5和pH值为8.0时均能萌发,但最适pH值为6.5~7.0;埋藏深度显著影响种子萌发,在土壤表层的发芽率和萌发指数达到最大值,分别为82.5%和68.86,深度到达2.5cm后不发芽。Itea ilicifolia O. was a calcium plant in the dominant species of karst vegetation, and the adult plants produced tens of thousands of seeds, but there were few seedlings in the surrounding area. To explore the effects of the conditions of indoor environmental factors of temperature, light, mois- ture,buried depth,Caz+ concentration and pH value influence on Itea ilicifolia O. seed germination, understand its seed germination demand for environmental factors, at the same time to explore natural population regeneration of Itea ilicifolia O. in the karst physiognomy, germination stage of habitat adaptability and seedling cultivation so as to provide a theoretical basis. The results showed that the temperature and illumination time were 12 h and 30℃ respectively when the seed germination rate and germination index reached the maximum value, were 85.75% and 64.34 respectively, the seed germination of the most suitable temperature is 25--30℃, and were sensitive to light.The germination rate and germination index decreased significantly with the increase of water stress, and the germina- tion rate and germination index were 3% and 0.98 when the concentration of polyethylene glycol was 0.25 g/mL,that is,the seeds were sensitive to drought during germination period.The low concentration CaC12 treatment was beneficial to the germination of Itea ilicifolia O., and the germination rate and germination index were the highest in the concentration of 0.03 mol/L,respectively 91.33% and 72.83.Seed germination has a certain tolerance to p H,which can germinate at p H 5.5 and p H 8.0, but the optimal pH is 6.5--7.0% The seed germination was significantly affected by burial depth, and the germination rate and germination index of the soil surface reached a maximum value of 82.5% and 68.86 respectively,meanwhile the seeds willed not germinate when the depth was more than 2.5 cm.
