摘  要:以盐穗木种子和幼苗为材料,研究NaHCO_3胁迫下盐穗木种子的萌发特性和幼苗的生理变化,以确定其对NaHCO_3胁迫的适应能力。结果表明:1)低浓度(100mmol/L)的NaHCO_3对盐穗木种子萌发有刺激作用,促进其在较短时间内达到最终萌发率(与ck无显著差异);中高浓度(200~600mmol/L)的NaHCO_3显著抑制盐穗木种子萌发,且随着NaHCO_3浓度的增加,盐穗木种子最终萌发率显著下降,平均萌发时间延长,盐穗木种子的耐NaHCO_3阈值和极限值分别为318mmol/L和634mmol/L;2)与对照(0mmol/L)相比,在NaHCO_3浓度为200~400mmol/L范围内,盐穗木幼苗的相对电导率增加,但丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著变化,脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈增加的趋势,而NaHCO_3为600mmol/L时,MDA含量显著增加;3)综合NaHCO_3环境下盐穗木种子萌发特性和幼苗生理指标变化,盐穗木可在NaHCO_3浓度略低于300mmol/L的环境下较好地发芽、生长,高于该浓度则会受到抑制。The experiments were conducted with seed and seedling of Halostachys caspica as materials under different NaHCOa treatments to evaluate its adaptability by examining germination characteris- tics of seed and physiological response of seedling. The results show that: 1) Low concentration of NaHCOa (100 mmol/L) had a stimulating effect on Halostachys caspica seed germination, that promoted seed reached final germination rate in a relatively short time (no significant difference with ck), while medium and high concentration of NaHCOa (200--600 mmol/L) inhibited significantly seed germination.Final germination rate decreased significantly and mean germination time prolonged in Halostachys caspica with concentration of NaHCO3 increasing. The NaHCO3 threshold and limit value of Halostachys caspica seed were 318 mmol/L and 634 mmol/L respectively. 2) In the range of 200--400 mmol/L NaHCO3 ,compared with control(0),the relative conductivity of the Halostachys caspica seedlings was increased but there was no significant change in the content of MDA,and proline content,soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, CAT activity, and POD activity showed an increasing trend in Halostachys caspica seedlings.MDA content increased significantly while concen- tration of NaHCO3 was 600 mmol/L. 3) Comprehensively consulted with characteristics of seed germination and physiological indexes changes of Halostachys caspica seedlings under NaHCO3 treat- ments,Halostachys caspica germinated and growth well available at concentration of NaHCO3 about below 300 mmol/L, while it will be inhibited when concentration of NaHCO3 was higher than 300 mmol/L.
