摘  要:[目的]假鹊肾树(Streblus indicus(Bur.)Corner.)树皮是优良的傣族止血药材,野生资源遭到严重破坏。本实验在实验室条件下研究了假鹊肾树的外观形态及萌发生物学特性,为其有效保护提供理论依据。[方法]以假鹊肾树种子为研究对象,观察描述假鹊肾树种子外观性状特征,检测其百粒重、含水量,并对通过对萌发率测定,分析种子萌发对温度、光照、种子含水量的响应,为引种提供参考数据。[结果]1)新鲜种子百粒重为63.07g,含水量为64.88%;干燥种子百粒重为41.73g,含水量为33.87%。2)温度对假鹊肾树种子的萌发有着显著的影响(p<0.05),最适萌发温度为30℃(88.33%),低于10℃或高于40℃不萌发。3)在光照和黑暗条件下假鹊肾树种子萌发率差异不明显(p>0.05),假鹊肾树种子为光中性种子。4)种子含水量对假鹊肾树种子萌发有显著的影响(p<0.05),新鲜种子含水量高更易萌发,干燥种子萌发率(88.33%)低于新鲜种子(91.67%),种子失水会影响种子萌发。[Aim]The bark of Streblus indicus (Bur.)Corner, an excellent and scarce Dai hemostatic medicine in China, and the wild resources are seriously damaged. In this experiment, the appearance morphology and germination biological characteristics of Streblus indicus (Bur.)Corner were studied under laboratory condi- tions,which provided theoretical basis for its effective protection. [Methods] Taking the seeds of Streblus indicus (Bur.)Corner as the research object, the characteristics of the seed appearance were observed,testing its the 100 grain weight,water content,and through to test the germination rate determination,we analyzed seed germination response to the temperature, illumination, seed moisture content in order to provide reference data for introduction.[Results] 1) The 100 grain weight of the fresh seeds was 63.07 g and the moisture content was 64.88% ~the 100 grain weight of dry seeds was 41.73 g and the moisture content was 33.87%. 2) The temperature had a significant effect on the seed germination of Streblus indicus (Bur.)corner seed (P〈0.05).The optimum temperature for germination was 30℃ (88.33%).The germination temperature was lower than 10℃ or higher than 40℃ without germination. 3) There was no significant difference in the seed germination rate of Streblus indicus (Bur.)corner in the light and dark conditions (p〉0.05).The seeds of Streblus indicus (Bur.)corner were non--hotoblastic seeds. 4) The water content of seeds had a significant effect on the germination of Streblus indicus (Bur.) Corner germination (p〈0.05). Fresh seeds had higher moisture content and germination rate was easier.The germination rate of dry seeds (88.33%) was lower than that of fresh seeds (91.67%),dehydration of seeds will affect seed germination.
