不同动脉穿刺成功率与患者疼痛感比较研究

摘　　要：目的了解不同动脉穿刺成功率与患者的疼痛感,优选最佳动脉,提高服务质量。方法对2016-11/2017-01入住心内科患者共360例,分3组(每组120人)分别实施股动脉、肱动脉、足背动脉作血气标本采集,比较一次穿刺成功率和患者疼痛感。结果股动脉组穿刺成功率96%,疼痛感为中级;肱动脉动脉组穿刺成功率89%,疼痛感为轻级;足背动脉穿刺成功率88%,疼痛感为重级。结论股动脉穿刺成功率最高,依次是肱动脉、足背动脉;患者疼痛感:肱动脉穿刺最轻,其次为股动脉、足背动脉。以上3个不同动脉采集的血气标本,均不影响检测结果。Objective To know the success rate of different arterial blood sampling and the patient＇s pain. Optimize the optimal artery and improve the quality of service. Methods A total of 360 patients in the department of Cardiology from November 2010 to January 2017 were divided into three groups （ 120 people for each group） , on the femoral artery, brachial artery, dorsal artery of foot blood gas samples were collected, and compared the one -time success rate of a puncture and patient pain. Results Femoral artery group puncture success rate was 96% , pain was intermediate; brachial artery group puncture success rate was 89% , pain was light; dorsal artery of foot puncture success rate was 88%, pain was heavy. Conclusion Femoral artery puncture one - time success rate was the highest, followed by brachial artery, dorsal artery of foot. As for the pain of patient, brachial artery puncture was the lightest, followed by femoral artery, dorsal artery of foot. Blood gas samples were collected by three different arteries above, and did not affect the test results.
