摘　　要：目的分析泸州市2013-2016年县及县级以上医疗机构死因监测报告的变化情况,为提高医院报告率与报告质量提供对策。方法应用描述性研究和卡方检验分析泸州市2013-2016年县及县级以上医疗机构死因监测督导检查资料,采用报告率、报告及时率、填卡完整率、填卡准确率、录入一致性指标进行评价。结果泸州市2013-2016年间总体(包含住院与急诊报告,下同)报告率为93.15%,其中住院部报告率为98.17%,急诊科报告率为80.07%。报告及时率为97.11%,填卡完整率96.56%,填卡准确率为96.56%,录入一致率为93.98%。结论报告率整体上逐年提高,其中急诊科的提高更为明显。报告及时率与各项报卡质量良好。巩固对辖区内急诊科院前死亡病例管理,提高对省级医疗机构的督查力度,是目前泸州市减少漏报并提高报告质量的主要对策。Objective To analyze the changes in Under Reporting and Quality of Death Causes in Medical Institutions at County Level or above in Luzhou, 2013 -2016, and provide strategies to improve them. Methods Use descriptive study and Chi - square test to analyze the supervision date of death causes in these medical institutions from 2013 to 2016. Results The total reporting rate is 93. 15% （98. 17% in inpatient department, 93.98% in emergency department）. Timely reporting rate is 97. 11%, completeness of reporting rate is 96.56%, accurate reporting rate is 96.56%, consistent input rate 93.98%. Conclusion The reporting rate increased by years, especially in emergency department. The whole quality is good in these medical institutions. Strengthening the management of death causes reporting especially in emergency department and Provincial Level hospitals is the main ways to reduce under reporting and improve the reporting quality in Luzhou.
