摘 要:本文通过一种简易高效且可控的微波加热法制备出了Co/Zn双金属氧化物.该催化剂的催化活性通过在过一硫酸盐(PMS)存在的情况下对双酚A的降解能力进行评估.在催化剂的制备过程中,研究了不同制备条件对催化性能的影响;结果表明,当微波温度为80℃、微波时间为20 min、焙烧温度为400℃以及焙烧时间为3 h时,Co/Zn双金属氧化物催化剂/PMS体系可以在反应15 min后将双酚A完全去除.通过不同表征发现,该催化剂呈薄层片状,且属于立方型Zn Co_2O_4,比表面积为94.0 m^2·g^(-1).通过研究不同氧化体系以及不同催化剂制备方法,发现微波加热法制备的催化剂表现出更优异的催化性能,且Co/Zn双金属氧化物与PMS具有很好的协同作用.通过微波加热法制备出的Co/Zn双金属氧化物催化剂是解决金属离子溶出和催化效率低下等问题的有效方法.In this study,a facile and efficient route for controllable synthesis of Co/Zn bimetallic oxide by microwave heating method was proposed. The catalytic activity of the prepared catalyst was evaluated by the degradation of bisphenol A( BPA) in the presence of peroxymonosulfate( PMS).The influences of preparation conditions on the degradation of BPA was investigated in detail. The results showed that BPA was completely degraded over the optimal Co/Zn bimetallic oxide by activation of PMS within 15 min when the microwave temperature,microwave time,calcination temperature and calcination time were 80 ℃,20 min,400 ℃ and 3 h,respectively. Moreover,the optimal catalyst was characterized using various techniques, indicating that the catalyst was confirmed to be cubic Zn Co2 O4 with sheet shape, possessing high specific surface area of9 4.0 m^2·g^-1. According to the investigation results of the different oxidation systems and preparation methods,it can be seen that the catalyst prepared by microwave heating method showed a superior catalytic efficiency and there was an excellent synergistic effect between the Co/Zn bimetallic oxide and PMS. Herein,it is a good way to solve the problem of metal ion leaching and low catalytic efficiency by Co/Zn bimetallic oxide catalysts using microwave heating method.
