基于SciVal科研评价工具的中小型院校科研绩效评价实践研究

摘　　要：基于SciVal科研评价工具,以深圳大学城某分支院校为实践分析对象,探索研究相同类型的中小型科研单位科研绩效分析方法和指标选择。采用归一化影响因子和卓越性评价指标,对科研绩效进行趋势分析和横向对比,揭示其国际科研影响力地位;深入具体学科领域分析,发现优势细分学科和掌握学科研究热点。Based on the scientific research evaluation tool SciVal, by taking a college in University Town of Shenzhen as example, this paper explored the research performance analysis method and index selection for the same type of small and medium size scientific research units. By means of field-weighted citation impact and excellent evaluation indicator, it made the trend analysis and horizontal comparison of scientific research performance, and revealed the influence status of international scientific research, and found the preponderant discipline and mastered the disciplinary research hotspots through deep analysis of the subject area.
