摘 要:目的:探讨人参皂苷对白菜白斑菌和番茄早疫菌的生物学意义。设计不同浓度总皂苷,考察其对白菜白斑菌和番茄早疫菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响。结果:人参总皂苷对白菜白斑菌在24~72 h内,均表现低促高抑,而培养96 h后,均抑制白菜白斑菌菌丝生长。人参总皂苷对番茄早疫菌在48 h内,12.5和25 mg·L^(-1)两个处理较对照组均表现出明显的促进作用,而50和100 mg·L^(-1)处理自48 h后均抑制菌丝生长,且随着培养时间的增长,抑制作用越强。这与对两种病原菌孢子萌发的作用一致。结论:人参总皂苷对两种蔬菜病原菌的生长及孢子萌发具有低促高抑的作用。Objective: To study the effect of ginsenosides on 2 kinds of vegetable pathogens ( Cercosporella brassicae, Alternaria solani). Methods: Different concentrations of ginsenosides were applied to investigate the effect of ginsenoside on the spore germination and colony growth of C. brassicae and A. solani. Results : In 24 - 72 h, total ginsenosides showed stimu- latory effects at low concentrations, but at higher concentrations they had inhibitory effects on colony growth of Cercosporella brassicae. In 96 h, the colony growth of C. brassicae was inhibited at all concentrations. In 48 h, at the applied concentrations of 12. 5 to 25 mg-L-j, the colony growth rate of A. solani was significantly increased compared with the control. After 48 h, the applied concentrations of 25 to 50 mg ~ L- ~ of total ginsenosides showed the inhibitory effects on the growth of A. solani. The inhibitory effects was greater as the time went. The effect of ginsenoside on spore germinatin was in accordance with that of the 2 pathogens. Conclusion: Total ginsenoside had stimulatory effects at low concentrations but at higher concentrations they had inhibitory effects on the spore germination and colony growth of Cercosporella brassicae and Alternaria solani.
