摘  要:设计了基于平面折展扭转铰链(LET)和长铰链的双层平面折展机构(LEMs)提升机构,给出了设计结构,推导了长铰链的等效扭转刚度计算公式,建立了机构的伪刚体模型,并利用虚功原理推导了机构输入力与输出转角的关系式,计算了提升高度.对设计实例进行了理论计算和有限元仿真分析,得到机构提升高度的理论值及仿真值,其相对误差都在3%以内.利用聚丙烯材料按照设计尺寸制作了该双层LEMs提升机构,在滑块位移相同的情况下,机构提升高度的实测值和仿真值基本一致.A double layers LEMs(lamina emergent mechanisms) lifting mechanism based on LET(lamina emergent torsional) hinges and long hinge was proposed.The structure of the LEMs was designed,the calculation formula of equivalent torsional stiffness of the long hinge was derived,and the pseudo rigid body model of the mechanism was established.The relationship between input force and output angle was deduced by principle of virtual work and the lifting height was calculated.Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,it is concluded that the relative error between theoretical value and simulation value of the lifting height is within 3%.The double layers LEMs lifting mechanism made from polypropylene was manufactured.With the same displacement of the slider,the lifting height of the mechanism is basically the same as simulation.
