摘  要:为了解并联式双风扇冷却模块散热性能特征,研究了冷却风扇转速与散热器性能之间的关系特征.以国内某型双钢轮振动压路机为研究对象,用计算流体力学(CFD)与虚拟风洞相结合的方式,对原始方案进行分析,将分析结果与试验结果相对照,验证仿真方式的正确性和有效性.在尽量保持散热功率相近的前提下,采用"大迎风面、低厚度散热器、并联式双风扇"散热方案,对方案进行数值仿真.结果表明:原始方案中,仿真与试验最大误差为4.07%,最小误差为2.83%,在可接受范围内;风扇A和B分别对冷却液和液压油散热器性能影响较为明显;双风扇方案中,中冷器性能与风扇转速呈现非线性特征,当转速相同时,中冷器性能有所提升,当均为1 900 r/min时,热流体出口温度与原方案较为接近;双风扇转速组合特征可依据工况变化进行调整.Aiming at acknowledging the performance regularity of engine cooling systems for construction vehicles with dual fan,it is essential to investigate the relationship between the revolute speed of cooling fans and the heat-dissipation performance of radiators.A domestic double-drum road roller was employed as the research target.An analysis on the original scheme was conducted in a virtual tunnel combined with CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method,whose results were compared with experiment data to validate correctness and effectiveness.Under the consideration of approximate heat transfer rate,a 3 D model with dual fan whose radiators owned a larger front area and a less thickness was set up and simulated.The results show that the maximum and minimum acceptable error between simulation and experimental data of the original scheme is 4.07% and 2.83%,respectively.There is a nonlinear relationship between revolute speed and the performance of the charge air cooler,and the performance would be enhanced under the same speed.There shows a minimal deviation between two schemes when the speed is both at 1900 r/min,and speed combination could change with working condition.
