摘  要:为了解不同鸡群传染性贫血病病毒(CIAV)感染情况及禽用弱毒疫苗中CIAV的污染情况,利用常规PCR、nested-PCR、PCR结合核酸斑点杂交和实时荧光定量PCR等不同核酸检测方法对近两年企业送检的11批次525份临床病料以及13批次125份疫苗样品进行了检测。结果显示:Nested-PCR灵敏度最高,从送检的病料样品中检测出CIAV阳性率为11.2%(59/525),疫苗样品中检测出CIAV阳性率为4.8%(6/125),PCR结合核酸斑点杂交和实时荧光定量PCR与Nested-PCR检出率基本一致,但常规PCR检出率明显低于其他三种。In order to understand the infection of CIAV in different chicken flocks in China and the contamination of CIAV in poultry attenuated vaccines, 11 batches of 525 clinical samples and 13 batches of 125 vaccine samples submitted by the companies in the past two years were detected using conventional PCR, nested-PCR, PCR-nucleic acid spot hybridization and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results indicated that nested-PCR could provide the best sensitivity for CIAV detected by the different four methods, 59 positive of 525 samples were determined and the positive rate was 11.2%, 6 positive of 125 vaccine samples were detected and the positive rate was 4.8%. The detection rate of PCR-nucleic acid spot hybridization and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay were basically consistent with nested-PCR, but the positive rate PCR was obviously lower than that of the above three methods.
