摘 要:研究了氧化条件、显微组织和成分对Ti-Al合金抗氧化性能的影响。结果发现,Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金在700℃和800℃下具有较好的抗氧化性能,氧化形成的氧化膜为4层结构。在800℃下恒温氧化100h后,Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金的氧化增重从低到高依次为双态组织、近片层组织和片层组织。在800℃下恒温氧化100h后,3种成分的Ti-Al合金的氧化增重从高到低依次为Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb、Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1C和Ti-45Al-8Nb-0.2W-0.1B-0.1Y。具有双态组织的Ti-45Al-8Nb-0.2W-0.1B-0.1Y合金在800℃下恒温氧化100h后增重4.8g/m^2。The influences of the oxidation conditions,microstructure and composition on the oxidation resistance of Ti-Al alloys were investigated.The results reveal that Ti-48 Al-2 Cr-2 Nb alloy exhibits a desirable oxidation resistance and a kind of four-layered structure exists in the oxide films at 700 and 800℃.With the isothermal oxidation test for 100 hat 800℃,the mass increment of Ti-48 Al-2 Cr-2 Nb alloy samples with three kinds of microstructures is increased from the sample with a duplex structure to the one with a nearly lamellar structure,and then to the sample with full lamellar structure.The mass increment of Ti-Al alloys with three compositions is increased from Ti-45 Al-8 Nb-0.2 W-0.1 B-0.1 Yalloy to Ti-46.5 Al-2.5 V-1 Cr alloy,and then to Ti-48 Al-2 Cr-2 Nb alloy.The Ti-45 Al-8 Nb-0.2 W-0.1 B-0.1 Yalloy sample with duplex structure shows a low oxidation mass increment of 4.8 g/m-2 after the isothermal oxidation test for 100 hat 800 ℃.
