摘  要:以Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)粉末为材料,采用正交试验方法,主要研究激光功率、扫描速度和扫描间距等工艺参数对TC4合金粉末的SLM成形件的质量、微观组织及力学性能的影响,并引入能量密度来确定TC4粉末的SLM最优工艺成形域。结果表明,随着能量密度增加,TC4合金粉末的SLM成形性能先变好后变差,而其最优的工艺成形域是激光功率为400W,激光扫描速度为800~2 200mm/s,扫描间距为0.08mm,铺粉厚度为0.05mm。The effects of laser power,scanning speed and hatch spacing on the quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of SLM formed Ti-6 Al-4 V(TC4)powder parts were investigated by orthogonal experimental method.The energy density was introduced to confirm optimal forming domain of TC4 power in SLM.The results reveal that with the increase of energy density,the SLM forming performance of TC4 powder exhibits a tendency of improvement firstly and then worse.The optimum forming processing parameters are presented as follows:laser power of 400 W,scanning speed of 1 800-2 200 mm/s,hatch spacing of 0.08 mm and spreading thickness of 0.05 mm.
