摘　　要：由于一段转化炉的4根下集气管和集气总管均出现过局部不同程度的超温现象,故在年度大修时全部予以更换,但开车正常后不久再次出现局部不同程度的超温现象。分析了超温的原因,探讨其监控及预防措施,以保证一段转化炉安全稳定运行。As local over-temperature problem exists in four outlet manifolds and gas gathering manifold of primary reformer, all of them were replaced during annual overhaul. However, the problem happened again shortly alter normally driving. The reason of local over-temperature problem is analyzed, monitoring and preventive measures are provided to ensure the safe and stable operation of primary reformer.
