摘 要:首先介绍了现阶段冷冲压技术的研究现状,并介绍了冷冲压设备及冷冲压生产线的发展状况及未来的发展趋势。接着阐述了热冲压、充液拉深、旋压、激光成形、多点成形、电磁成形等先进板料成形工艺的原理、技术特点和研究状况.综合分析了各个技术的优缺点。结合板料成形的技术现状提出了未来板料成形工艺的发展趋势。First, the present research situation of cold stamping technology was introduced, and development status and future trends of cold stamping equipment and cold stamping production line was introduced. Then, the principle, technical characteristics and research status of advanced sheet forming technology, such as hot stamping, liquid drawing, spinning, laser forming, multi-point forming and electromagnetic forming, were expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of each technology were synthetically analyzed. Combined with the technical status of sheet metal forming, the development trend of sheet metal forming technology in the future was put forward.
