摘  要:介绍了国内外铝合金钎焊用无铅无镉软钎料主要是Zn基和Sn基钎料的研究进展,分析了不同合金元素对钎料的显微组织、熔化温度、润湿铺展性、抗氧化性,钎焊接头的耐腐蚀性和强度等性能的影响,为今后铝合金钎焊用无铅无镉软钎料的研究提供参考。The research progress of domestic and foreign lead-free and cadmium-free soft solders for aluminum alloy brazing mainly including Zn based and Sn based filler metals was introduced, and the influences of different alloying elements on the microstructure, melting temperature, wettability, oxidation resistance and the corrosion resistance and strength, etc of the solder joints were analyzed. It provides reference for the study of lead-free and cadmium-free soft solders for aluminum alloy brazing in future.
