摘  要:通过金相显微镜分析和显微硬度、冲击韧性测试,研究了稀土变质剂Ce对ZL101铝合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:变质剂Ce对ZL101合金变质效果明显,树枝状的α-Al变成块状、粒状,针状的共晶硅变成短杆状和蠕点状共晶硅,且杆状共晶端部圆润;力学性能改善显著,显微硬度达到297.6HV,冲击韧性达到7.26 J/cm^2。The effects of rare earth modifier Ce on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL101 aluminum alloy were studied by means of microscope analysis, micro-hardness test and impact toughness test. The results indicate that the modification effect of modifier Ce on the ZL101 alloy is obvious. The dendritic α-Al becomes bulk and granular, and the needle like eutectic silicon becomes short rod like and vermicular dot eutectic silicon, and the rod eutectic ends are round. The mechanical properties are improved remarkably. The micro-hardness reaches 297.6 HV. The impact toughness reaches 7.26 J/cm^2.
