摘 要:采用爆炸焊接工艺制备了T2/Q235复合板,通过粘结试验、弯曲试验以及硬度测试研究了不同装药量对复合板微观形貌以及力学性能的影响。试验表明,使用爆炸焊接工艺可以实现T2紫铜和Q235钢板良好的结合,结合面呈波浪状并有漩涡区。随着装药量的增加,波浪状的深度增加,波浪峰与峰之间的距离减小;复合板的剪切强度、粘接强度和T2铜侧的显微硬度增大。随着距结合面距离的增大,T2铜侧的显微硬度减小。T2/Q235 composite plate was prepared by using explosive welding, and the effects of different explosive charge quantity on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite plate were studied through adhesion test,bending test and hardness test. The experimental results show that T2 pure copper and Q235 steel plates can be effectively bonded by using explosive welding, the bonding interface shows wavy and has vortex area. With the increase of explosive charge quantity, and the depth of the wavy increases, the distance between the wave peak and peak decreases, and the shear strength, bonding strength of the composite plate and the microhardness at the side of T2 copper increase. With the increase of the distance from boding interface, the microhardness at the side of T2 copper decreases.
