摘 要:研究了不同变质剂(0.3%TiB_2、0.3%TiB_2+0.6%Cu、2.5%Cu+1.4%Na_3PO_4)对Al-18Si过共晶铝硅合金组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,加入变质剂不同程度地改善了初生硅形貌和尺寸,均提高了耐磨性,其中加入2.5%Cu和1.4%Na_3PO_4的Al-18Si合金变质效果最好,初生片状硅棱角明显钝化,平均轮廓尺寸细化到30μm,共晶硅在基体上的分布更加均匀,合金的摩擦系数最低,磨痕最浅,耐磨性能优于其它三组合金。The effects of different modifiers including 0.3%TiB_2,0.3%TiB_2+0.6%Cu,and 2.5%Cu+1.4%Na_3PO_4on the microstructure and wear resistance of the Al-18Si hypereutectic alloy were studied.The results show that the addition of modifiers improves the morphology and size of the primary Si,and the wear resistance.The modification effect of the Al-18Si alloy is the best adding 2.5%Cu and 1.4%Na_3PO_4,the edge of primary flake Si has obvious passivation and the average overall size is 30 um,the distribution of eutectic silicon is more uniform.The friction coefficient of the alloy is the lowest,the grinding mark is the most shallow,and the wear resistance is better than that of the other three sets of alloy.
