摘  要:采用不同的浇注温度对ZL102-0.15%Ti-0.1%Sr铝合金机械叶轮进行了铸造,并进行了耐磨损性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规消失模铸造的优化工艺相比,机械振动消失模铸造叶轮的磨损体积减小25%、冲击韧性增大22%,叶轮的耐磨损性能和冲击性能明显提高。叶轮的铸造工艺优选为机械振动消失模铸造。ZL102-0.15%Ti-0.1%Sr aluminum alloy mechanical impellers were cast by using different pouring temperatures,and abrasion resistance and impact resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that, compared with the optimization process of conventional lost foam casting, the wear volume of the impeller in mechanical vibration lost foam casting is reduced by 25%, and the impact toughness increases by 22%. Both of wear resistance and impact property of the impeller are obviously improved. The optimized casting process of the impeller is mechanical vibration aided lost foam casting.
