摘 要:对比了采用不同开坯工艺生产帘线钢过程中的铸坯和盘条的质量情况,并对盘条的深加工效果进行了跟踪。结果表明:二火开坯工艺可显著改善钢坯内部质量及偏析,一火坯的中心碳最高含量为1.3%,二火坯的中心碳最高含量降低至1.1%。铸坯偏析程度降低可以改善盘条的偏析情况,提高盘条的韧性和均匀性,降低盘条在深加工过程中的断丝率。盘条韧性和性能均匀性的提高是深加工过程中断丝率降低的主要原因。The quality of casting billet and wire rod during the production of tire cord steel by different rolling processes were compared, and the deep processing effect of wire rod was tracked. The results show that the rerolling process can significantly improve the internal quality and segregation degree of the casting billet. The maximum content of central carbon of the rolling billet is 1.3%, and that of central carbon of the rerolling billet is 1.1%. The decrease of segregation degree of the billet can improve the segregation of wire rod, increase the toughness and uniformity of wire rod, and reduce the wire breaking rate of wire rod during deep processing. The increase of toughness and performance uniformity of wire rod is the main reason of decrease of wire breaking rate during deep processing.
