摘  要:针对柴油机气门摇臂轴支座传统铸造成型的弊端,本文采用螺旋压力机模锻来研究大型柴油机气门摇臂轴支座的成形新工艺。分析了飞边槽尺寸对锻件充填率的影响。对比了4种飞边槽结构对锻件质量的影响。研究发现,I型飞边槽的槽口向上,受热少,桥部处受热均匀,磨损量小,采用Ⅰ型飞边槽的模具所成型的锻件质量最佳。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional casting molding of diesel valve rocker-arm shaft support, a new forming process of large diesel engine valve rocker-arm shaft support was studied by using the die forging of screw press. The influence of the flash gutter dimension on the filling rate of the forgings was analyzed. The influence of four kinds of flash gutter structures on the quality of forgings was compared. The study finds that the notch of I-type flash gutter is upward, it is less heated, the bridge is heated evenly, and wear amount is small. The forging quality formed by using the die with I-type flash gutter is the best.
