摘 要:提出了用玻璃纤维网控制焊丝与焊剂片之间距离的焊剂片约束电弧超窄间隙焊接方法,研究焊丝偏离坡口中心线不同位置时坡口侧壁和根部的熔合情况,以及焊丝偏移量与焊接电压之间的关系。结果表明,通过玻璃纤维网的调节作用,焊丝偏离坡口中心线位置时,侧壁和根部仍然能够很好地熔合。不同的焊丝偏移量下,适用的焊接电压范围不同;焊丝偏移量增加时,适用的焊接电压范围减小。The ultra-narrow gap welding with flux pieces constr i cting arc was point out by using fiberglass mesh to control the distance between the wire and the flux pieces. The fusion of the sidewalls and roots, and the relationship betweeen the wire offset and welding voltage were studied under different offsets of welding wire from the center line of the groove. The results show that when the wire is offset from the groove center line, the sidewalls and the root are still well fused through the adjusting effect of fiberglass mesh. The suitable welding voltage range is different under different wire offsets, and the bigger the wire offset is, the narrower the suitable range of welding voltage is.
