摘  要:由于核电站主蒸汽管道防甩装置的钢结构厚度大,坡口焊接时易产生变形,大厚度板焊接时易发生层状撕裂。从防甩装置的焊接过程等方面,重点阐述了防焊接变形和层状撕裂的控制措施,以保证核电站防甩装置的焊接质量。实践表明上述预防措施具有良好的工程实用价值,研究结果为主蒸汽管道防甩装置的焊接提供了参考和依据。Because the thickness of the anti-swing device steel structure of the main steam line in nuclear power station is big, it is easy to cause deform during the groove weding and lamellar tearing during thick plate welding. The control measures to prevent deformation and lamellar tearing were introduced from the welding process of anti-swing device to guarantee the welding quality of anti-swing device in nuclear power plant. The practice has shown that the above preventive measures have good practical value in engineering. The research result provides basis and reference for the welding of anti-swing device of the main steam line.
