摘 要:为了研究摆动式焊接接头的温度场,以有限元软件ABAQUS为平台,采用复合热源模型模拟了低合金高强钢Q420摆动式焊接接头的温度场。同时采用试验测量了焊接接头典型位置的热循环曲线,并观察了接头焊缝的宏观截面形状。结果表明,计算得到的热循环曲线与实测结果吻合良好,复合热源模型不仅模拟出了焊缝成形系数大的熔池形状特征,还准确地模拟出焊缝的下坠区域,验证了复合热源模型模拟摆动式焊接接头温度场的准确性。In order to investigate the temperature field of swing welding joint, a combined heat source model was adopted to simulate the temperature field of Q420 HSLA steel swing welding joint based on ABAQUS finite element software.Meanwhile, the thermal cycling curves of typical positions of the welded joint were tested through experiments, and the cross sectional shape of the weld was observed. The results show that the computed thermal cycling curves are in good agreement with the measured results. The combined heat source model can not only simulate the molten pool's shape feature with big weld forming factor, but also precisely simulate the falling area of the weld, which verifies the rightness of the combined heat source model in the simulation of temperature field of swing welding joint.
