高渗盐水治疗危重症手足口病患儿的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水治疗危重症手足口病患儿的应用价值分析。方法将2016年6月~2017年6月在我院ICU治疗的60例危重症手足口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组常规抗病毒、解痉、脱水、抗炎等治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予高渗盐水治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状及体征缓解时间、各项生化指标变化。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、疱疹愈合时间、肢体抖动时间、易惊时间、住院时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后钠离子浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),氯离子、钾离子、肌酐、血糖浓度与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高渗盐水治疗危重症手足口病患儿具有良好疗效,能够有效防治脑水肿,增加体内钠离子浓度,促进症状的早期改善,且对其他生化指标无明显影响,促进疾病转归的改善,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the value of hypertonic saline in the treatment of children with severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods Sixty children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease who were treated in ICU of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with a ntiviral,antispasmodic,dehydration,anti-inflammatory and so on.On the basis,the observation group was treated with hypertonic saline.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs relieving time and biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The antipyretic time,herpes healing time,limb shaking time,easily surprised time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The concentration of sodium ion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）. There was no significant difference in chloride ion,potassium ion,creatinine and blood sugar concentration between the control group and the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hypertonic saline is effective in the treatment of HFMD in critically ill children.It can effectively prevent brain edema,increase the concentration of sodium ions in the body,promote the early improvement of the symptoms,and have no obvious influence on other biochemical indexes,and promote the improvement of the prognosis of the disease,which has positive clinical significance.
