纤支镜在儿科慢性迁延细菌性支气管炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究慢性迁延细菌性支气管炎患儿采取纤支镜治疗的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年3月~2016年7月期间收治的96例迁延细菌性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为研究组与对照组各48例,其中研究组采取纤支镜进行治疗,对照组则采取常规治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果经过观察两组患儿治疗效果看出,研究组患儿总有效率93.75%比对照组83.33%高(χ~2=5.350,P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿各项指标水平均无统计学意义(t=0.377,-0.521,0.569,P>0.05),治疗后发现研究组咯痰量比对照组低,但PaO2以及PaCO2水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=-21.743,4.610,2.531,P<0.05)。结论纤支镜在儿科慢性迁延细菌性支气管炎中具有重要意义,进一步增强治疗效果,改善患儿临床症状,促进病情快速恢复,具有推广及应用的价值。Objective To study the application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children with chronic protracted bacterial bronchitis.Methods Ninety-six cases of children with protracted bacterial bronchitis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research object.According to the order of admission,48 cases were divided into the study group and the control group.The patients of study group were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,while the patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%and higher than that of the control group which was 83.33%（χ-2=5.350,P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the index levels between the two groups before treatment（t=0.377,-0.521,0.569,P0.05）.After treatment,the expectoration of the study group was lower than that of the control group,but the level of Pa O2 and Pa CO2 were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（t=-21.743,4.610,2.531,P0.05）.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is of great significance in the chronic bacterial bronchitis in pediatrics.It can further enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms and promote the rapid recovery of the disease.It has the value of popularization and application.
