院前急救护理路径在创伤性休克患者院前救治中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察院前急救护理路径在创伤性休克患者院前救治中的应用效果。方法选择2014年6月~2016年12月我院院前救治的创伤性休克患者62例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组31例。对照组实施常规急救护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施院前急救护理路径干预,观察并比较两组患者的抢救效果及满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组抢救介入时间、急诊停留时间和术前准备时间均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组抢救成功率较高,且死亡率及并发症发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对院前救治的创伤性休克采取院前急救护理路径模式,能有效缩短院内抢救反应时间,提高抢救成功率,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of pre-hospital rescue nursing pathway in pre-hospital treatment of traumatic shock. Methods Sixty-two cases of traumatic shock with pre-hospital treatment admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were selected,and all them were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given routine rescue nursing intervention,while the patients of observation group were given pre-hospital rescue nursing pathway on the basis of control group.The rescue effects and satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the rescue intervention time,emergency stays,preoperative preparation time in the observation group were lower,with statistical difference（P 0.05）;Compared with control group,the rescue success rate of the observation group was higher,the death rate and incidence of complications of the observation group were lower,with statistical difference（P 0.05）;Compared with control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher,with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Pre-hospital rescue nursing pathway in pre-hospital treatment of traumatic shock can effectively shorten in-hospital rescue time,increase the rescue success rate and promote patients＇ satisfaction.
