摘　　要：目的通过对河南省人民医院的临床药师干预意见的接受情况,探讨更适合中国的国情的药师工作模式及方向。方法前瞻性、随机、非对照、为期9个月(2016年1月1日~9月30日)的观察性研究,河南省人民医院18名临床药师的日常查房工作中,对医师、护士或患者的医疗行为提出干预意见,并针对这些意见进行分析和总结。结果所有527例药物干预意见中,不同社会群体对干预的接受程度是不同的。结论河南省人民医院临床药师的工作还有很长一段路要走,但是同时临床药师参与医疗工作是十分必要的。Objective By understanding the acceptance of clinical pharmacists＇ intervention in Henan Province People＇s Hospital, to explore a more suitable mode and direction for pharmacists in China. Methods A prospective, randomized, non controlled, 9-month（January 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016） observational study was conducted. In the daily check-up of 18 clinical pharmacists in Henan Province People＇s Hospital, the intervention of doctors, nurses or patients＇ medical behavior was put forward, and the opinions were analyzed and summarized. Results In all 527 drug interventions, different social groups received different degrees of intervention. Conclusion The work of clinical pharmacists in Henan Province People＇s Hospital is still a long way to go, but at the same time, it is very necessary for clinical pharmacists to take part in medical work.
