摘 要:通过对比脱蜡与未脱蜡制作的两种钻头钻切钢混来研究脱蜡工艺对金刚石钻头性能的影响。结果表明:脱蜡处理提高了刀头的致密度、硬度和抗弯强度,对于两种配方,脱蜡后的钻头的锋利度和寿命都有不同程度的提高,同时脱蜡后刀头中的C元素和O元素含量明显降低,减少了刀头中的制粒剂残留,从而提高了钻头的综合性能。The effect of dewaxing process on the performance of diamond bits was studied by comparing dewaxing process with non-dewaxing process. The results show that the density,hardness and bending strength of the cutter head are improved by the dewaxing treatment. For both formulations,the sharpness and life of the dewaxed bit are both improved. Meanwhile,after dewaxing,the content of C and O elements in the cutter head is obviously reduced,and the residue of the granulating agent in the cutter head is reduced,so that the comprehensive performance of the drill bit is improved.
