摘 要:以超声波辅助电沉积工艺制备得到的泡沫铜为研究对象,综合利用显微CT断层扫描技术和数字图像处理技术,实现了对泡沫铜结构的三维重构,进一步提出了一种能比较真实地反映泡沫铜三维结构特征的有限元简化模型。基于傅里叶热传导方程,利用有限元方法对泡沫铜的有效热导率进行有限元计算,建立了有效热导率与孔隙率之间的定量关系模型,并进一步研究了十四面体三棱柱单胞模型与热应力之间的关系。With the aid of X-ray micro-computed tomography and digital image processing technology,three-dimensional structure of copper foam prepared by electro deposition process was reconstructed. Furthermore,a simplified finite element model of copper foam was proposed,which can reflect the structure of copper foam more truly. On the basis of Fourier heat conduction equation,the finite element method was applied in finite element analysis for the effective thermal conductivity of copper foam. In the meanwhile,a quantitative relation between effective thermal conductivity and porosity of the copper foam was established,and the relationship between the thermal stress and the single cell model of copper foam was studied.
