摘  要:弹上产品贮存退化表征在多个性能参数时,若采用单性能参数评估,可能会忽略其他性能蕴含的可靠性信息,导致评估不够全面。首先对产品加速退化过程建模,然后利用方差-协方差矩阵研究基于多元加速退化数据的可靠性评估方法;最后选取某电子产品的多元加速退化试验数据,考虑性能参数相关性进行评估,该实例评估结果表明基于多元加速退化数据的可靠性评估结果更全面合理。The degradation of product performance can be characterized by multiple parameters. If a single performance parameter evaluation is used,the reliability information contained in other performance may be ignored,resulting in an incomplete assessment. The accelerated degradation process of the product is modeled,and the variance-covariance matrix is used to study the reliability evaluation method based on the multiple acceleration data. The multiple acceleration degradation test data of an electronic product is selected and the performance parameter correlation is evaluated. The results of the case evaluation show that the reliability evaluation results based on multiple accelerated degradation data are more comprehensive and reasonable.
