摘  要:针对层次分析法在备件分类方法中单一专家经验主观性过强可能出现偏差,以及采用以DEA分析的备件分类方法过于忽视决策者偏好的问题,提出一种用改进的群体层次分析与超效率DEA理论相结合的备件分类方法。该方法将主客观备件分类方法所得的权重通过灰色关联分类理论加以有机结合,得到综合分析下的分类结果。最后通过实例分析的结果,证明该分类方法更为科学合理。In view of the fact that a single expert experience is too subjective and may deviate in the classification methods of the spare parts,and the preference of decision makers may be also neglected based on data envelopment analysis( DEA),a spare parts classification method is proposed,which combines the improved group AHP with the super efficiency DEA theory. In this method,the weights of the subjective and objective classification methods are combined by gray correlation analysis theory,and the classification results are obtained by comprehensive analysis. It is proved that the proposed classification method is more scientific and reasonable through the analysis of an example.
