摘  要:[目的]从细胞学层面分析LA百合品系的遗传特点,为百合遗传育种中亲本选择和后代鉴定提供可靠的染色体信息。[方法]采用染色体常规压片法,用Olympus(BX-51)显微镜进行镜检,分析8个LA百合品种的染色体数目及核型。[结果]8个LA百合品种均为三倍体(2n=3x=36),‘Serrada’核型为3A型,其余7个品种均为3B型;核型不对称系数为71.84%~76.33%;染色体主要由2~3对中部着丝点(m)或近中部着丝点(sm)及近端部(st)和端部着丝点(t)组成;品种间次缢痕的位置和数目有差异。[结论]染色体的随体、次缢痕的特征可作为杂交后代早期鉴定的依据;大多数LA百合杂种系都含有基因组重组染色体,可用于筛选目标性状优良的子代。[Objective]The genetic characteristics of LA hybrid lilies were analyzed to provide useful information of parents selection and hybrids identification in lily breeding.[Methods]The chromosome number and karyotype of 8 LA hybrid lilies were analyzed using traditional squash method,and were observed by Olympus(BX-51)microscope.[Results]All of the 8 LA hybrids were triploid(2 n=3 x=36).The karyotype of‘Serrada'was 3 A,and the others were3 B.The asymmetry indexes were ranged from 71.84% to 76.33%.The chromosomes were mainly composed of 2-3 median chromosomes(m)or submedian chromosomes(sm),subterminal chromosomes(st)and terminal chromosomes(t).The position and number of secondary constrictions were different among all 8 LA hybrids.[Conclusion]The chromosome satellite and the secondary constriction could be used to identify hybrid progenies in early stage.Most of the LA lilies contain genome recombinant chromosomes,which can be used for screening the plant with good target traits in hybrid progenies.
