摘 要:借助有限元分析软件Deform-2D,以材料为AISll020钢、直径为@30mm、厚度为7mm的精冲落料件的剪切面缺陷作为研究对象,以齿圈压边精冲工艺为精冲成形方法对厚板的精冲成形展开模拟研究。从精冲成形过程和力学角度描述了厚板精冲件剪切面撕裂带和塌角的形成过程,并得到影响剪切面缺陷的因素有:凹模圆角半径、精冲材料弹性模量、凹模摩擦系数、反压板摩擦系数、反顶力等;以上述各因素作为参考变量建立有限元模型,进行单因素影响的模拟研究,得到各因素对厚板精冲件剪切面缺陷的影响规律;最后利用正交试验方法进行多因素影响研究,得出上述各因素对厚板精冲件剪切面缺陷影响的主次关系,取得剪切面缺陷最小的优化参数组合。With the aid of finite element analysis software Deform-2D, and taking the shear surface defect of fine blanking parts with the material of AISII020 steel, diameter of Ф30 mm, thickness of 7 mm as research object, simulation research was carried out with the ring gear blank holder fine blanking process as forming method. Forming process of tearing zone and collapse angle of heavy plate blanking parts was described from the aspects of fine blanking forming process and mechanics. The factors affecting the shear surface defects are die radius, modulus of fine blanking material, friction coefficient of die, friction coefficient of counter plate, inverse force, etc. Taking the a- bove factors as reference variables, a finite element model was established to simulate the single factor effect, and the influence rule of factors on shear surface defects of the heavy plate was obtained. Finally, the primary and secondary influence of factors on the shear sur- face defects of heavy plate was obtained by orthogonal test, the optimum parameter combination with the minimum of the shear surface de- fect was obtained.
