摘  要:针对含P高强IF钢连退板表面条纹色差缺陷问题,从宏观表现和微观特征方面进行系统研究,并对含P高强钢热轧板高温下铁皮界面状态进行实验模拟研究,同时结合现场设备与该钢种工艺特点,分析该缺陷产生的机制。结果表明,该钢种条纹色差缺陷产生原因主要有两种,一方面是其特有的铁皮界面特征导致冷轧后带钢表层出现不同程度破碎形貌,另一方面是连退炉内气氛使Si、Mn等合金元素在破碎处加重氧化富集,造成成品板表面色差愈加严重。通过优化热轧工艺可显著减少Si、P的表层偏聚,减少铁皮向基体内部的不规整嵌入,同时控制连退炉内气氛和露点等参数,最终有效提高带材的表面质量。The macroscopic and microscopic features of the high strength IF steel containing P were systematically studied aiming at the problem of its surface striped color defects. The scale interface state of the hot-rolled high strength steel sheet containing P was simulated by experiments. The mechanism of the color defects was analyzed based on the equipment of the production line combining with the specif- ic process. The results show that there are two main reasons for the occurrence of striped color defects. On the one hand, the unique scale interface characteristics of hot rolled plate lead to the broken morphology on surface of different degrees after cold rolling; on the other hand, the alloying elements such as Si, Mn are easily oxidized and enriched at the broken area when annealing, which results in more se- rious surface color defects. By optimizing the hot rolling process, the segregation of Si, P to the strip surface is reduced, meanwhile the ir- regular embedded scale in base metal is significantly reduced. By controlling the furnace atmosphere, dew point and other parameters si- mutaneously, the strip surface quality is greatly improved.
