摘  要:针对普通(非细晶)5083铝合金轧制板材在超塑性成形生产过程中出现的平行于轧制方向的裂纹,通过实验研究发现这是由于轧制板材的各向异性导致t方向的超塑性较差引起的。为了减小各向异性对板材超塑性的影响,采用退火工艺对板材进行处理,并通过在不同温度进行退火实验寻找提高板料t方向超塑性的最佳退火热处理工艺。通过对普通5083铝合金板材在270~600℃进行退火热处理,发现500℃保温2h后空冷退火工艺可明显减小各向异性对板材超塑性的影响,大大提高板材t方向的超塑性能,从而避免5083板材在超塑成形过程中因各向异性导致的裂纹缺陷。Aiming at the rolling direction cracks formed in the superplastic forming product progress of common (not fine grain) 5083 aluminum alloy, it was revealed by the experiments that the anisotropy results in a poor superplasticity in the t direction. The annealing heat treatment ex- periments at different temperatures were conducted and the optimum armealing heat treatment process to improve the superplasticity of the sheet was investigated to reduce the influence of anisotropy on the superplasticity of aluminum alloy. It is found that the effect of anisotropy on the su- perplasticity of 5083 aluminum alloy is obviously reduced at heat treatment temperature of 500 ℃, for 2 h, air colling(AC) by annealing experi- ments in the temperature range of 270 -600 ℃. As a result, the superplastic properties along the t-direction are greatly improved, and the crack defeect caused by anisotropy during the superplastic forming progress of 5083 sheet is avoided.
