HAZOP分析技术在聚丙烯装置的应用

摘　　要：介绍了HAZOP分析方法在间歇式液相本体(小本体)聚丙烯装置的应用,对装置进行了固有危险性分析、工艺过程危险性分析及其它危险性分析。利用HAZOP分析技术,将装置划分为丙烯精制系统、活化剂输送计量系统和聚合闪蒸包装系统3个分析节点,找出了影响聚丙烯装置稳定运行的核心要素。以聚合闪蒸包装系统节点为例进行HAZOP分析,根据分析结果,有效地识别聚丙烯装置运行过程中存在的风险,并提出了降低风险的措施和建议。This paper introduces the application of HAZOP analysis method on batch liquid phase bulk( small batch bulk) polypropylene plant. It carries out the inherent risk analysis of the plant,risk analysis of the process and other risk analysis. Using HAZOP analysis technology,the device is divided into three analysis nodes involving propylene refining system,activator transport measurement system and polymerization flash packaging system. And the core elements affecting the stable operation of polypropylene plant are found out. Taking the polymerized flash packaging system as an example,this paper makes HAZOP analysis. According to the results,risks during the operation of polypropylene plant can be identified effectively. Then,some measures and recommendations are proposed to reduce risks.
