摘 要:以某石油化工企业125 MW燃气锅炉为例,监测其在不同工况条件下NOx的排放情况,旨在分析空气供给量与折算前后NOx浓度的关系,以期为燃气锅炉的科学运行管理提供借鉴。监测结果表明:过量空气系数是一个不容忽视的重要参数,其数值的大小直接影响到NOx的排放浓度。鉴于此,企业需在运行燃气锅炉前通过调试确定最佳空气供给量,环保部门也有必要将过量空气系数作为环保执法的一项指标依据,用于锅炉运行的管控。This paper takes a 125 MW gas-fired boiler of certain petrochemical enterprise as an example. It monitors the NOx emissions under different operating conditions. The purpose is to analyze the relationship between the air supply and the NOx concentration before and after the conversion so as to provide reference for the scientific operation and management of gas-fired boilers. The monitoring results show that the excess air coefficient is an important parameter that can not be ignored. The value of air coefficient directly affects the NOx emission concentration. In view of this,enterprises should determine the best air coefficient by debugging before running the gas-fired boiler. Environmental protection departments need to use air coefficient as an index to control boiler operation in environmental law enforcement.
